富球精密工业股份有限公司亦正或将致力于详实调查供应链确保: 金(Au)、钽(Ta)、钨(W)、钴(Co)、锡(Sn) 这類金属并非透过无 政府军团或非法集团，由刚果民主共和国冲突区域之矿区开採或是循非法走 私途径取得。此外，下列国家出口之金属皆不符合「无冲突规范」刚果民主共和国(DRC)、盧安达(Rwanda)、乌干达(Uganda)、蒲隆地(Burundi)、坦尚尼亚(Tanzania)、肯亚 (Kenya)（聯合国安全理事会认定上述国家皆为刚果矿脉之矿产）。
RICH SPHERE PRECISION INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is taking and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free” for the Minerals of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt(Co) and tin (Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions. Trade routes not confirmed to be “Conflict Free” include direct exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya (countries of whom the U.N. Security Council note are global export routes for DRC-mined minerals).


本公司保证任何出售于客户之产品所含金属皆符合无冲突规范 (DRC Conflict-Free)。

富球精密工业股份有限公司特此制定”冲突矿物政策”，而且使用以下承諾：
RICH SPHERE PRECISION INDUSTRY CO., LTD. hereby formulated this Conflict Minerals Policy and makes following commitments:


1. 不购买从冲突地区來的冲突矿物。
1. Not to purchase conflict minerals from mines in the Conflict Regions.


2. 要求供应商拒绝使用从冲突地区來的冲突矿物，及签署无冲突矿产的承諾书给富球精密工业股份有限公司。
2. Request its suppliers to refuse to use Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Regions and present a signed letter of commitment to RICH SPHERE PRECISION INDUSTRY CO., LTD.


3. 要求我司的供应商，需管理其上游及下游供应商，必须要遵循无冲突矿物的要求。
3. Request its suppliers to notify their upstream/downstream suppliers to follow Minerals Conflict-Free requirements.


4. 尽我司的最大努力对物料來源，拒绝使用从冲突地区來的冲突矿物。
